One of the cleanest rooms I've ever had in Japan, although not up to my wife's standards. The room was quite bare, with only a table and four chairs on the floor. The service was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with the convenience of leaving shoes before stepping onto the tatami. The dining options had a good variety but fell short of being exceptional.
